This is the final decision by the Tribunal on the Access Arrangement submitted by Albury Gas Company Limited (AGC) with respect to the natural gas distribution system in Albury. The Tribunal has made its assessment according to the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems (the Code). The Tribunal issued its draft decision on 2 July 1999. Following release of that draft decision the Tribunal has considered further submissions from AGC and other interested parties.
