This report discusses the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal’s proposed regulatory arrangements for prices charged to tariff customers1 by the incumbent retailer using the AGL gas networks in NSW (the delivered prices of gas). This review has been necessary because of the progressive introduction of contestability to the tariff market for gas.
