The Minister for Energy has asked the Tribunal to recommend changes to licence and authorisation conditions or licensing administrative arrangements that will improve licence and authorisation holders’ compliance with Government policies.
When interested parties have had an opportunity to provide feedback on this draft report the Tribunal will prepare a final report.
