In June 1998, the Albury Gas Company (AGC) submitted its proposed Access Arrangement (AA) for the natural gas distribution system in Albury, Moama and Jindera to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (the Tribunal).
The Tribunal initially reviewed AGC’s AA based on the Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Networks in New South Wales. However this was repealed and effectively replaced by the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipelines Systems (the Code) on 14 August 1998. The review is thus made under the Code.
