The submissions and comments on the Proposed Undertaking released by AGL Gas Companies (NSW) Limited (AGL) and the Draft Determination have raised a number of substantial issues which must be considered before a revised Undertaking can be approved. End-use customers and potential gas suppliers which will compete with AGL are very concerned that the Proposed Undertaking may support higher prices than necessary and discourage competition in the supply of gas.
