IPART is required to submit a report on the compliance of the electricity and gas licensees to the Minister by 31 October each year. The report is publicly released after being tabled in Parliament. This year's report is in two parts within the attached PDF. The first part deals with all matters other than compliance with critical infrastructure conditions. The second part, or addendum, provides an update on our assessment of TransGrid's compliance with its critical infrastructure conditions.
