This rule is made by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (the Tribunal) as the jurisdictional regulator under clause 6.10.1(f) of the National Electricity Code.
This rule is to be referred to as Rule 2001/2 ‘Charges for miscellaneous services provided by distribution network service providers’.
This rule applies to DNSPs in New South Wales.
