Pricing for the retail supply of electricity to franchise customers - Notification on energy costs pass through - March 2000

In its determination 99/193, Pricing for the retail supply of electricity to franchise customers, December 1999, the Tribunal decided that:
• Type 1 vesting contracts are to be passed through at actual vesting price.
• Type 2 vesting contracts and any other residual wholesale purchases are to be passed through to franchise retail customers at a price to be determined by the Tribunal.
• The cost of greenhouse obligations would be determined by the Tribunal.
