As part of its section 12A inquiry into electricity network and transmission pricing, the Tribunal commissioned London Economics to prepare this report on efficiency and benchmarking of the NSW distribution businesses. As the Tribunal is keen to ensure that it has a wide range of information on potential efficiency gains and that such information be available to all stakeholders for comment, it is releasing the London Economics report for comment.
