The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales (the Tribunal) plays several roles in relation to the licensing of electricity distribution network service providers (DNSPs) and retail suppliers operating in the state. One of these roles is to monitor the licensees’ compliance with the conditions of their licence, and report on this compliance to the Minister for Energy by 31 October each year. This report is the Tribunal’s second compliance report, and relates to the period 1 July 2000 to 30 June 2001.
