NSW Energy Savings Scheme - Compliance and Operation in 2015 - Annual Report to the Minister - July 2016

This is the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW’s (IPART’s)
seventh annual report on the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS), as required by
section 174 of the Electricity Supply Act 1995 (Act). It summarises the scheme’s
performance, including the energy savings achieved and the compliance by
Scheme Participants and Accredited Certificate Providers. It also outlines the key
administration activities and developments during the 2015 calendar year.
