This is our fifth annual report on the Energy Savings Scheme and discusses the fourth full year of operation of the scheme. For the 2013 year, All Scheme Participants met their individual targets by either surrendering sufficient certificates or carrying forward a shortfall. Accredited Certificate Providers created a total of 4,148,778 certificates.
