Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015

This Act authorises the partial transfer of key NSW electricity network assets to private operators.

Under this Act, IPART is required to monitor Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and TransGrid’s compliance with Employment Guarantees from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2020.
