INDEPENDENT PRICING
AND REGULATORY TRIBUNAL PUBLIC HEARING The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South (IPART) is conducting a review of bulk water services provided by the NSW Department of Land and Water Conservation (DLWC), through its State Water business, in order to set maximum prices for those services. As part of its public consultation the Tribunal will conduct a public hearing on Friday 22 June 2001 at the Tribunal's meeting rooms, Level 2, 44 Market Street, Sydney. The Tribunal will also conduct public workshops on Friday 29 June 2001 in Armidale and on Friday 6 July 2001 in Griffith. Timetables for the hearing and workshops will be released on the Tribunal's website (www.ipart.nsw.gov.au) closer to the dates.
